DOODLE YOUR WAY THRU THE DAY !
We’ve all been somewhere and had an urge to doodle the dictionary says a doodle is :doo·dle (ddl)

1. To scribble aimlessly, especially when preoccupied.
2. To kill time.

To draw (figures) while preoccupied.

What kind of doodle we create can help us with brain health. So if you want to doodle know this :
*Drawing circles- Helps you feel more relaxed keep making circles and you will feel calmer
*draw a smiley face and keep from snacking ! Drawing a happy face can recharge your mood and remind me of long term goals
*Solve a nagging prob draw whatever comes to mind
Some therapists use art to help people come to terms with what is bothering them. Ask yourself a question like “What is wrong with my marriage” and draw whatever pops in your mind.If you draw hearts you may find you still care but if you draw a square or a box you may be feeling lonely
Try drawing with your other hand !
By using your weaker hand you unlock areas in your brain and nerve fibers you use least this can boost memory and help in brain boosting, don’t worry if what you draw or write doesn’t look good its a work out for your mind !
Draw a mandala a special circle ! A mandala is a circle used in many culture FInd a pic of a mandala and try to draw one of your own, it has a very calming effect with its intricate patterns. (You can look up Indian mandalas in India many mandalas are made in chalk and colored powders and placed outside the front door to usher in good thoughts every day)
